About Us
Wren & Wild started on a kitchen table in 2019 with a second-hand pottery wheel and a bag of stoneware clay. Since then we have moved into a proper studio behind the High Street, taken on two local apprentices, and built a small collection of things we are genuinely proud to make.
Everything is handmade in small batches — thrown, painted, poured or printed by hand, never mass produced. We use sustainable materials wherever we can: recycled stoneware, natural soy wax, water-based inks and packaging that goes in the compost bin.
Our studio is open Thursday to Saturday and we run monthly wheel-throwing workshops for beginners. Come and say hello — there is usually a pot of tea on.

What Our Clients Say
"I bought the Devon Studio Gift Set for my mum and she was completely delighted. The mug is beautifully made and the candle smells incredible. Everything came so carefully wrapped. Will definitely be ordering again."
"We did the wheel-throwing workshop for our anniversary and it was the best thing we have done in years. Ellie is a brilliant teacher, incredibly patient, and we both left with something we were genuinely proud of. Highly recommend."
"I have been sourcing pieces from Wren & Wild for client projects for two years. The quality is consistent and the aesthetic is exactly right — quiet, handmade, honest. Ellie is also wonderful to work with."
